Mindfulness-based Conflict Mediation 

Mediation is a structured, interactive process where an impartial third party assists disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques. All participants in mediation are encouraged to actively participate in the process.

What is so special about our mediation process?

As Mental Health Professionals, we offer Mindfulness-based Mediation paying special attention to Trauma triggers, collective process, and Emotional regulation using the Body-Mind approach. This is not therapy, rather we help to regulate conflict or difficult process using a Mindfulness-based whole-brain approach for your mediation process. We believe the best-negotiated agreement comes from embodied consensus, as well as a regulated mindset and behaviors.
