Our goal of therapy is bring back to balance, authenticity and peace to our daily life. One of my great Zen teachers said,

"When your mind is alert and soft enough to follow the subtle activity of inhaling and exhaling you will find out many things you did not notice before. This activity requires a strong determination, a clear Way-seeking mind.

Without the ability to accept things as they are your mind will be rough and course and inflexible, and you will face many problems with great difficulty.

Actually there is no problem or difficulty whatsoever in the world. This practice is called Samadhi or a Well Balanced Mind." Shunryu Suzuki

We look forward to hearing from you!
